Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of raw materials and their functions in cosmetic formulations
Understanding of production mixing and scale-up processes
Experienced in hands-on experience in cosmetic and skincare manufacturing
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise skincare production mixing operations.
Manage daily mixing schedules.
Familiar with skincare raw materials.
Ensure accurate weighing, dispensing, and addition of raw materials.
Monitor mixing parameters such as temperature, mixing speed, homogenization, and processing time.
Troubleshoot production and batch-processing issues.
Coordinate with R&D, QCQA, and Production departments.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HALAL, safety, and company SOP requirements.
Review batch records and ensure proper production documentation.
Monitor equipment condition and coordinate with maintenance for equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping of mixing areas
Qualification
